Parent Support Group
Join us for one of two ongoing, interactive, informative and encouraging groups to help you deal more effectively with the challenges of raising children.  If you wish to make a donation, it would be greatly appreciated to offset the cost of these groups; however, there is no obligation to do so.  Ongoing topics will include:
Parent Self Esteem
Building Communication Skills
Discipline;
Strategies for School Success
Motivation
Problem solving teen issues
Limit setting
Networking with other parents.

Parenting Class for Parents with Teenagers
You're Making Me Crazy!     


National Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence/South Bay offers Parenting Skills Workshops, "Systematic Training for Effective Parenting of Teenagers."  The classes take place on Saturdays and are on going so you can register at any time. They are two hour sessions, offered in English for parents of teens only and Spanish parenting classes for children of all ages.  Our facilitators are Leonor Gray, MA English and Felicia Lee, MA for Spanish Parenting Classes.  For more information please call (310) 328-1460.
